What’s Up Washes provides mobile vehicle detailing services. Service availability, pricing, and duration may vary based on vehicle condition, size, and selected services.
Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the vehicle at the scheduled time and removing personal belongings prior to service.
Communications
By providing your contact information, you agree to receive communications related to your appointment, including confirmations, reminders, and service updates. Promotional communications are sent only with explicit consent and may be opted out of at any time.
Cancellations & Changes
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled according to our policies. Failure to provide access to the vehicle or repeated no-shows may result in service refusal or future booking limitations.
Limitation of Liability
While we take great care in providing our services, What’s Up Washes is not responsible for pre-existing damage, personal items left in the vehicle, or conditions beyond our control.

SMS Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received from What's Up Washes. Upon opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You may re-opt in at any time by completing a new booking with SMS consent or by contacting us directly.
Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to any SMS messages sent or received. What's Up Washes is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier related to SMS communications. Message frequency may vary based on your appointment activity and communication preferences.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer
What's Up Washes and mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network and device. Neither What's Up Washes nor any affiliated mobile carriers shall be held responsible for service interruptions caused by network conditions, device incompatibility, or other factors outside our control.
Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services and to consent to receiving SMS communications from What's Up Washes. By booking an appointment and opting in to text messages, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
